The shared formatter renders byte-identical strings for every epoch a workspace record can receive, and the two inputs it would refuse (a fractional epoch, an extended year) are unreachable from Date.now() and from a SessionHeader epoch. Adopting it therefore added a module, a dependency, and a writer test for an error branch that cannot occur, so this reverts that increment and records the site as the fifth deliberate exclusion in the Agent Note. The session-format migration and its committed acceptance test remain.
