docs(astra-review): point the workflow at /ecc:tdd-workflow

Browse Source 
The guides referenced a non-existent /ecc:tdd command; the TDD entry
point is the tdd-workflow skill (/ecc:tdd-workflow), optionally fed a
*.plan.md from /ecc:plan.
