vam c196dc7d51 fix(skills): reject Windows-unsafe components in workspace_path example 
Reject reserved device names (including with extensions and the
superscript COM/LPT variants), trailing dots or spaces, and colon
stream syntax on every platform, and execute the documented snippet
in a regression test.
