Affaan Mustafa e756c23f87 fix(plan-canvas): restore child_process spawn import dropped in #3180 ...

#3180 extracted openBrowser into lib/platform-launch and removed the
child_process import, but the detached server start path in
ensureServer() still calls spawn(). Every 'open' therefore failed with
'spawn is not defined', taking down all 9 plan-canvas e2e tests and
turning main CI red.

Verified: tests/integration/plan-canvas-e2e.test.js 9/9 locally.
