L4XB f5a3ab3745 fix(hooks): redact a credential's JSON value that holds spaces ...

An unquoted value ran to the next whitespace, so `DOCKER_AUTH_CONFIG={"auths": {"registry": {"auth": "..."}}}` kept everything after its first space, the auth value included. A value that opens with { or [ is now redacted to the end of the summary.
