Mitchelson dcbb325245 Fix Fedora build dependencies in README 
- Updated fedora dependency install list: libshaderc-2024.3 to libshaderc
- Added to fedora dependency install list: mpvqt-devel

libshaderc-2024.3 is not the correct format and dnf fails to find it. libshaderc will map to the correct package. 
Adds missing mpvqt-devel dependency (required since MpvQt was added in v2.0.0).

Andrew Rabert f204676e4b Fix some qt6 builds 
- Fixes build and package for at least Ubuntu 24.04
- Defaulted to building and statically linking mpvqt as most platforms
  lack packages for it.
- Workaround mpvqt requiring qt>=6.5 for wayland support with a few
  workarounds when statically building.
- Additionally, default to xcb on qt<6.5 due to mpvqt using qt>=6.5
  fetures for wayland. Wayland can be forced, but seems to give black
  video.

Satadru Pramanik, DO, MPH, MEng 5c8053a29c Update README.md to fix build instructions for ubuntu 24.04 (noble) 
This adds some missing build packages such as nasm, meson, and ninja, fixes using python instead of python3, uses the current mpv, and also uses ninja to build JMP in lieu of make.

lbrunkho 2fdd3efc65 Add build instructions for Fedora systems. 
Added build instructions that I wrote in #343. I have been testing this over the past couple months and they have been working for me. Added instructions at the beginning of the build commands for Linux on downloading the latest release tag instead of just pulling the main branch as this should make for more consistent builds.
