Andrew Rabert 6c5c603a1d Fix compatibility with cmake 4.0 (Linux-only) ...

CMP0026 OLD behavior was removed in cmake 4.0. This should be safe as,
at least on Linux, there doesn't seem to be any resources being copied.

There might still be changes needed to fix compatibility with cmake 4.0
when building for macos.
