I noticed that the request to this page hangs.
...
I suspect the cause is a bug in Winstone, where
the content is empty, so to work around the probelm
I write some meaningless text.

[fixed] Improved the robustness in the presence of user error.

If the user puts the entire e-mail address in double-quote unnecessarily, unwrap it for him.
This fix is in 1.211. The work around in the mean time is for you to remove unnecessary double-quote from the admin e-mail address setting.
