mindless 06c31af142 [HUDSON-5236] Introduce DependencyGraph.Dependency so DependecyDeclarers can control 
whether builds are triggered and provide Actions for the triggered build.
(previously only tasks.BuildTrigger had hardcoded support for logic on whether or
 not to trigger.. now it uses this mechanism)

kohsuke 73e1a8dbda While debugging the subversion plugin, I discovered that hpl file can be ignored by the bundled hpi file. Fixed that problem.

shinodkm 9d6beadb23 Added a Map which stores the down stream build values. 
This is required if the fingerprint action is not enabled in the projects.
The downstream project will be added to Map when BuildTrigger schedule the build.

kohsuke 70ac8941c4 [FIXED HUDSON-3752] @Extension.ordinal() should now work, at least those that are specified on a class. As Jesse points out in https://sezpoz.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=6, more changes are needed to make it work on methods and fields, but those are less frequently used. In 1.340.
