Markus Winter a2dbb8c7b9 Fix wrong permission for description button in new build page (#26548) ...

The new build page passed `it.object.UPDATE` to the editDescription
button.
This is wrong as the wrapping `detail-bar` sets the `it`-object already
to the run itself. This leads the button being shown for all users even
when they lack the permission to update the run.
