fix(i18n): correct Korean website translations (#3799)

Browse Source

Correct mistranslated technical terms and missing details across the Korean
website catalog. Improve sentence flow and spacing, and remove trailing
periods from Korean headings while keeping comparable overall text length.

Preserve English source keys, placeholders, comments, metadata, and obsolete
translation memory.
