Subject: [PATCH] test(mcp): retain structured bundle path diagnostics

Keep absolute-path refusal and all rejected parameter facts independent of legacy flat or current structured SDK diagnostic rendering. Retain relative CLI, absolute MCP and no-Evidence controls.
