Migrate the remaining native verifier commands to shared ownership with explicit stdin contracts, command-before-fixture cleanup, and failure receipts. Preserve observed catalog counts and unknowns, retained artifacts, native assertions, and selected launch inputs.
Remove the obsolete raw exec export and share output persistence across native verifiers. Exercise actual entrypoints with authored failed preflights and acknowledged descendants, plus filesystem failures and opaque error preservation.
Move command and retained resource lifetimes into a shared verifier owner, keeping package workspace release as a separate dependency. Migrate Pi and Hermes verification to that owner while preserving open pipes, explicit EOF, diagnostics, and retained labs.
Require positive writable finalization before accepting EOF delivery. Cover premature close, opaque failures, late ownership delivery, mixed cleanup outcomes, exact retry, and real descendant cleanup with authored process boundaries.
Record the admitted selected path separately from canonical artifact identity in successful and partial Evidence. Anchor relative inputs consistently across both CLI routes using the existing caller-path owner.
Adapt shared client verifier assertions and boundary coverage from PR #5261, and the dedicated-route anchoring correction proposed in PR #5265. Historical parsing remains independent of live paths, including legacy records without the parameter.
Validation: 118 focused tests in eight files, static and docs checks, discovery, and installed Gemini CLI 0.29.5 loopback verification of 207 schemas/241 examples passed. Synthetic static-analysis fixtures; no live Google API or native target execution.

Bind HOME and USERPROFILE in disposable native client verifiers, exercise default personal skill discovery, and clarify automatic Pi/Hermes setup availability in the checked npm release.
Validation: integrated build/static/docs checks, repeated native client workflows, real Codex-backed client trials and two independent cold-npx Codex installs. All 19 CI checks passed on a7ba07ba. Other model providers, platforms and deep-analysis engines retain their explicit verification TODOs.
