* fix(ghidra)!: search adjacent initialized memory blocks
BREAKING CHANGE: Ghidra analysis snapshots from earlier byte-search policies are refused; reopen the target and create a new snapshot. Historical Evidence remains importable.
* test(ghidra): supervise cross-block fixture process
* docs(ghidra): clarify contiguous search range
* test(ghidra): verify search metadata and cleanup
