Move the synthetic evaluator and its unchanged semantic tests out of the shipped runtime. Retain actual CLI and MCP Evidence separately from the synthetic nine-stage baseline in a versioned verifier artifact, execute its reported conformance checks, and assign the verifier to its CI lane.
Validation: evaluator/state/classifier source suites, compiled CLI/MCP views, verify:readiness, static checks, build and docs passed. Readiness observed coverage is static analysis; fixture runtime behavior and reconstruction closure were not executed.
Count each verified required obligation once across retained closure observations and validate their finite status/count rules against the supplied final ledger. Compare every retained semantic outcome variant across CLI/MCP instead of selecting the first pair, preserving all observations and Evidence.
Validation: evaluator regressions reject duplicate closure, contradictory intermediate status, and later outcome drift while retaining valid controls. The readiness verifier passes with the source-owned C fixture and actual CLI/stdio-MCP static JavaScript/Electron workflows. Variant sets do not establish equal repeat counts or run pairing; final-ledger consistency does not authenticate historical ledgers or proof freshness.
Fixes#6893Fixes#6894
Compare all CLI/MCP repeats within their operation, call kind and expected-success group. Reconcile closure decreases with unique required obligations in the supplied ledger, retaining malformed observations in findings and snapshots.
Validation is pending the centrally coordinated lane; single-file formatting and lint completed.
