Fixes#5148.
Add opt-in durable managed member summaries and authenticated paging while preserving complete default output, original Evidence, cleanup ownership and queued cancellation.
Verified with bounded real Newtonsoft/Redux/Rust tasks, independent oracles, 556 focused tests and the expanded domain gate; paired token estimates and latency tradeoffs are recorded in experiments/analysis-efficiency/managed-cli.md.
* fix(process): report the effective regex worker heap
Node gives --max-old-space-size, including NODE_OPTIONS, precedence over
the worker's 128 MiB resourceLimits request. Name that effective
old-generation heap and stop saying the request has no runtime override.
The matching deadline stays a fixed cap.

* fix(process): keep SIGXCPU and SIGXFSZ retries uncertain
The signal does not prove the retained rlimit was exhausted, so an
unchanged retry may succeed. Project that retry as possible instead of
saying it fails the same way.

* fix(process): leave percentage heap overrides unestablished
--max-old-space-size-percentage takes precedence over the absolute flag
in either order. Node computes that MiB from startup memory, which a
later read does not recover, so the effective heap stays unknown instead
of the 128 MiB request or an absolute flag.

* fix(process): read launch NODE_OPTIONS, not process.env
A preload can rewrite process.env.NODE_OPTIONS after V8 has applied the
original flags, and those flags are not copied into execArgv. Use the
initial environment block when it can be read, and leave the effective
heap unestablished when that provenance cannot be recovered.

* fix(process): leave env-file heap overrides unestablished
--env-file and --env-file-if-exists can supply NODE_OPTIONS when that
variable was absent from the initial environment. The file is not in
/proc/self/environ, so a missing entry is not the 128 MiB request.
An initial NODE_OPTIONS is still parsed, because Node does not let the
file replace it.

* fix(process): leave --max-heap-size old generation unestablished
A positive --max-heap-size or --max_heap_size sets the total heap, not the
old generation, and can stay below the 128 MiB worker request when an
old-space flag is also present. The effective old generation stays
unestablished while that value is in effect. Zero or empty clears it.

* fix(process): leave config-file heap options unestablished
--experimental-config-file and --experimental-default-config-file can
apply a heap percentage from a file that is not launch provenance. The
effective old generation stays unestablished when either flag is present,
including beside an absolute --max-old-space-size.

* fix(process): read launch exec argv from the command line
process.execArgv can be cleared after V8 applies --max-old-space-size.
Linux recovers those tokens from /proc/self/cmdline and leaves the heap
unestablished when that vector cannot be separated from the program entry.
Heap probes compare pinned absolute limits instead of a percentage of host memory.

* fix(process): leave a title-overwritten command line unestablished
process.title and --title replace /proc/self/cmdline with the title.
A buffer without a program entry is not an empty option list, so the
heap stays unknown instead of the 128 MiB request. The command-line
probe does not read /proc off Linux.

* fix(electron): follow absolute symlinks that stay inside the framework
An absolute symlink target is now passed to relativeInside(root,
target), and a null result still ends the walk as an escape. When the
target lies inside the root, resolved is cleared and the root-relative
pieces are queued on pending, which replaces the path walked so far with
that absolute target. Later hops stay under the hop limit and the
existing lstat containment checks. Provider tests now cover an absolute
Versions/Current that stays on in-framework version B and matches the
relative bundle's resolved path and SHA-256, an absolute Current outside
the framework, and an absolute in-framework link whose next hop leaves
the framework; those last two still surface an escape error.

* feat(environment): render more read tools from the state and describe responses
Keep main's environment serving and fold in coverage for non-entity reads,
response summaries, and MCP tool annotations.
Squashed rebase of #5352 onto main.
* fix(environment): keep rendered documents and quoted samples inside their budgets
A recorded body of exponential numbers can render past 256 KiB and turn a
working read into a state size error, so that document stays a recorded replay.
Description samples are measured after JSON quoting, and the replay-fallback
catalog check uses a tool count the longer response descriptions still separate.

* test(environment): pin the replay card this branch serves
The replay-only card test pinned main's 11,131-byte card. This branch's descriptions name each tool's recorded responses, so the card it serves is 12,818 bytes; the pin and its name follow.

Keep the 16 MiB ASAR header/index ceiling fixed and report that budget,
the lack of a runtime override, and that source selection does not bypass
header admission.

* fix(source): retain CommonJS requires spelled as exact no-substitution templates
Admit expression-free template arguments at the CommonJS require gate and
read their single cooked quasi through the shared exact-literal reader.
Scope is the require path only: static ESM template declarations keep their
parse failures and dynamic import() keeps the explicit unknown/partial
<dynamic-import> relationship with no invented target.
Refs: #4382
* fix(source): admit TypeScript-wrapped exact require arguments via the shared literal reader
Address review: the require gate matched the outer AST node, so
runtime-transparent TS wrappers (as const, !, satisfies) around exact
strings or expression-free templates were still silently omitted even
though readExactJavaScriptLiteral unwraps them. Remove the gate and let
the shared exact-literal reader own argument exactness; computed
arguments remain silent and dynamic import() behavior is unchanged.

* fix(adb): report a null installer declaration as an absent installer
Package Manager prints its String fields by concatenation, so a package
without a recorded installer shows `installerPackageName=null` in
`dumpsys package`. The projection treated only an empty value as absent
and forwarded the text "null" as a present installer identity, which a
consumer cannot tell apart from a package literally named "null" (#3943).
`versionName` is printed the same way and had the same gap.
The parser now maps the empty value and the `null` sentinel of both
String fields to the nullable result's null at the producing boundary;
a reported installer such as com.android.vending is kept unchanged.
Validation: parser unit tests for the sentinel, empty and missing
installer lines and the absent version name, plus a provider-level
regression through the inspect_adb_package operation; three of them fail
on main and pass here. The issue's four CLI controls through
`rea inspect-adb-package` against a stub adb return JSON null for the
sentinel, empty and missing cases and keep com.android.vending. Typecheck,
lint and module boundaries pass.
Closes#3943
* fix(adb): keep the null sentinel handling to the installer field
Review feedback on #4073: a manifest can declare the literal string
"null" as android:versionName, and dumpsys prints it exactly like an
absent value, so mapping versionName to null would turn a real version
into absence. Only installerPackageName, where no package can carry that
name, treats the printed null as the absent installer. The test for the
version name now pins the retained text.
* test(adb): establish permission inventory in null-installer fixture
Main now reports partial coverage when the requested-permission
inventory is not established (9534e42ec). Give the null-installer
fixture a requested permissions section so it still checks a
complete projection.
