morluto 4526862728 fix(apple): decode valid nonstandard plist table widths 
Reuse preflight-parsed container references for bounded decoder-copy normalization. Preserve original artifact bytes, scalar provenance and reference order. Verify three-byte offset and reference encodings through CLI and stdio MCP.
