5 people	0cd7ef456b	feat(plugins): make Claude Code and Codex installs self-contained (#7514) ... Ship Claude Code and Codex from one release-pinned npm artifact with bundled runtime dependencies, extraction-only MCP qualification, plugin-aware recovery, and synchronized release metadata. Integrates #2815 and the original proposal #1977. The original commits remain available on the PR branch; retain their author and assistant credit in this squash. Validation: required CI passed, real Codex/Claude loading verified, and reviewed packaging/recovery findings addressed. morluto	d9660eb032	fix(verifiers): share package command and workspace ownership ... Join canonical owned command cleanup before releasing package verifier workspaces. Replace raw package command wrappers, the updater supervisor, WASM cleanup composite, and boolean-only retention with explicit capability ownership. Preserve selected environments, npm arguments, no-deadline calls, clean exit status, and distinct aggregate/per-stream output budgets. morluto	e19879328a	refactor: prune obsolete provider and verification code ... Remove unused imports, private inferred types, superseded limit constants and a duplicate MCP assertion. Preserve intentional field omissions while deleting unused local bindings. Validation: typecheck, lint, formatting, unused-code and architecture checks pass.
