Use one command owner for setup, client writers, Gemini policy and CLI defaults.
Migrate recognized runner registrations with backups and remove runner prewarm.
Retain unknown identities and exercise real offline npm, CLI and MCP workflows.
Fixes#7757
BREAKING CHANGE: managed MCP registrations use the selected absolute runtime
and REA entry script, including package-runner cache paths. Keep that installation
available or restore it before setup; unknown registrations require confirmed
manual repair. Setup no longer returns prewarm or emits its progress events.

Ship Claude Code and Codex from one release-pinned npm artifact with bundled runtime dependencies, extraction-only MCP qualification, plugin-aware recovery, and synchronized release metadata.
Integrates #2815 and the original proposal #1977. The original commits remain available on the PR branch; retain their author and assistant credit in this squash.
Validation: required CI passed, real Codex/Claude loading verified, and reviewed packaging/recovery findings addressed.

Remove getter, enum, cloned-projection, cache-identity, and obsolete profile assertions along with the shadow JSON Schema engine and dead test-only APIs. Retain producer, filesystem, SDK, lifecycle, integrity, and malformed-format coverage.
Document the priority of real end-to-end workflows, boundary integration, and producer goldens.
* docs: simplify the English README
Preserve the opening and add the official skills.sh badge. Move setup diagnostics and CLI/Evidence details into guides, add three website showcases, and check setup-client facts in the installation guide.

Remove TypeDoc: incompatible with TypeScript 7 at install and

Replace graphology with a local call-graph adjacency plus BFS: the

Remove dead re-exports newly flagged by knip 6.39.
* chore: drop stale typedoc and replay references
Remove the docs:api release-checklist step, the orphaned docs/api
