* feat(native): retain LLDB source coordinates and verify Pascal call entries
Preserve partial line-table attribution for native locations and historical
evidence compatibility. Verify owned Free Pascal call entries through CLI/MCP.

* docs: namespace native specifications by domain and feature
Use stable descriptive paths instead of numeric prefixes to avoid parallel contribution collisions.

* fix(native): bound Pascal verification and compare caller coordinates
Address review findings at their producing boundaries and preserve directly affected consumers. Source inspection and git diff --check completed. Tests and automated checks were not run at the user’s explicit request.
* fix(native): bound compiler shutdown and source-coordinate fixtures
* docs: clarify historical native source verification
* fix(native): preserve source attribution and compiler ownership
* docs(native): qualify retained source attribution
* fix(ci): clean up native Pascal verifier processes
* test(native): type the Pascal verifier helper import after merging main
Main now typechecks this boundary test, which imports the untyped
canonical-temporary-directory helper and reads an unknown catch value.
Add the helper's declaration file and narrow the caught error.

* test(native): verify partial source attribution caveat
* fix(native): retain verifier compiler cleanup ownership
* fix(native): forward verifier cancellation and measure path bytes
CLI and MCP artifact runs observe the verifier abort signal, and a
failed Pascal verifier test stops the compiler group before deleting
its directory. Repeated source locations grow by measured UTF-8 JSON
bytes; workflow tokens, CPU and peak memory stay unmeasured.

Add per-connection discovery that loads canonical named tools on demand while preserving the default full catalog. Bound discovery replies before changing visibility, preserve family exclusions and Evidence workflows, and reset visibility on HTTP reconnect.
Verified with focused protocol tests and real Codex CLI artifact investigations; token costs remain task-dependent, so the profile is opt-in.
Reuse the pinned SDK's combined array-element and object-member admission
before canonical validation, deferred runtime loading and tool execution.
Share a configurable finite allowance across eager/deferred HTTP and stdio,
and project refusals to bounded, actionable transport resource errors.
Preserve canonical CLI/application contracts, caller-selected input values,
ordinary validation semantics and complete Evidence access. Exercise actual
transport boundaries, real artifact/TShark workflows, packaged installation,
continued service and downstream identity/capacity regressions.
Fixes#7882
BREAKING CHANGE: MCP tool arguments now default to 1,024 combined array
elements and object members per call. Select a larger positive finite
REA_MCP_MAX_INPUT_ELEMENTS allowance and restart for larger inline inputs,
or use retained/file selectors where supported. Inputs are never truncated.

Own operation results and exact rejections in withVerifierCleanup, including
undefined, null and independent cleanup failures. Remove the optional-primary
cleanup contract and migrate every caller, preserving returns, annotations,
signal restoration and dependent cleanup order.
Make Frida/JEB reporters fail on reasonless rejections and retain JEB fixture
files while provider cleanup is incomplete. Own the nested packaged WASM
verifier and expose its composite process/root cleanup capability for retry.
Update runnable docs and isolated fixture dependencies.
Validation: 547 focused cases in 20 files, eight isolated boundary unit checks,
static/build/docs/discovery gates and duplication check (3.58%). Node process,
SDK and descriptor cleanup are exercised; provider and packaging results in
orchestration tests are simulated. Pack/install subprocess ownership remains
with the existing shared package runner outside the nested-command change.
Bind artifact lifecycle and analysis calls to their advertised named SDK
output schemas, sharing discovery per connection and rebinding on reconnect.
Reject schema overrides and ambiguous catalogs, preserve request options,
and retain primary failures while attempting all owned cleanup.
Add real-stdio boundary regressions for malformed output, discovery reuse,
reconnection, schema ambiguity, override rejection and timeout preservation.

Deliver complete Evidence directly through MCP with required nullable analysis profiles and immutable per-server delivery settings. Bind selected environments at construction and require typed cleanup outcomes with retained retry ownership.
Remove test-only routing, duplicate session and snapshot metadata, producer-field repairs, and ambiguous provider arguments. Separate artifact byte identity from occurrence classification and retain typed source-map and partial native facts across CLI, MCP, and verifier consumers.
BREAKING CHANGE: obsolete Evidence envelopes, session aliases, incomplete snapshots, and missing normalized producer facts are no longer accepted.
project_apple_application_graph accepted only IPA inventories. It now
also projects macOS .app directories and ZIP or DMG inventories that
contain applications. It reports application roots, platforms, and
every nested bundle with its path-convention role, layout, parent,
Info.plist path, executable candidates, and signing paths:
- roles: app extensions, XPC services (including inside frameworks),
frameworks, login items, system and driver extensions, plug-ins,
resource bundles, and helper or nested applications;
- privileged helpers in Contents/Library/LaunchServices and launchd
plists in Contents/Library/LaunchAgents or LaunchDaemons;
- direct files of Contents/Helpers;
- symlinks by path. Their targets are not inventoried, so versioned
frameworks are described through their real Versions/<version>/
directories.
AppleDouble sidecars (._* and __MACOSX/) are excluded from roles. A DMG
whose contents could not be inventoried is reported as partial. Other
inventory formats remain input errors. The projection still reads no
plist or CMS semantics; it points callers at inspect_plist.
The result schema is additive. projection_id now covers the new fields,
so IPA projection IDs differ from earlier versions.
verify:macos-bundle compiles a source-owned app with clang (CLT only).
It packs it as a directory, a ditto ZIP, and an APFS DMG, and checks
identical anatomy through the CLI with stdio MCP parity. It runs in the
macOS CI job.
