* feat(debugger): share GDB and Rizin session caps as REA_ settings
Move the duplicated deadline guidance into the owned debugger helper and
replace the shared session, queue, output, and 120s command caps with
launch settings that name their value, source, and range.
* test(gdb): assert the command-output setting on truncated exit evidence
The retained-output limitation now names REA_DEBUGGER_MAX_COMMAND_OUTPUT_BYTES
instead of the old fixed-cap sentence.
* test(gdb): assert command-output limit fields on truncated exit
A truncated GDB exit now carries the command-output setting, value, and
source on the cleanup error. The coverage test reads those fields.
* fix(debugger): keep control replies and evidence hashes inside their budgets
Point the session-cap mutation target at DEFAULT_DEBUGGER_MAX_SESSIONS.
Give startup and cleanup replies a fixed 16 MiB budget so a small caller
output cap cannot truncate them. Lower the command-output maximum so
escaped Evidence JSON stays under Node's string ceiling, and keep GDB
startup timeout diagnostics when the error is rebuilt.
* test(debugger): throw typed Result errors before success checks
Success cases no longer assert ok and return. They throw the typed
error first, then check session, deadline, and close fields.

After a running result, queue a tokenized read-only MI query to establish that GDB has returned to its command loop. Keep collecting through intermediate inferior stops and retain the query reply as protocol Evidence.
Fixes#6660
Queued console followers have not dispatched MI records. Use active protocol requests when deciding whether the admitted close can verify and detach its inferior.
Fixes#6661
* fix(lifecycle): reject session work once close has started
Process shutdown closed the shared binary session without sealing it, so a
stdio tool call could open a provider after that close and leave the child
running. GDB ran a queued console command or a second close after the session
had started closing because the queued turn did not repeat admission checks.
Shutdown now refuses later target acquisition, and a queued GDB command or
duplicate close fails as unavailable once its turn finds the session closing
or gone.

* fix(gdb): block console admission after cleanup starts

The one-shot output-route check read the first word as an abbreviation,
so `p 1`, `s` and `d 1` matched python, source and define, and `t 1`
matched tty, and were refused before GDB started. GDB resolves its
built-in aliases first, so resolve the four that shadow those prefixes
(print, step, delete, thread) in one helper both checks share.
Fixes#5098
* fix(providers): name JEB, IDA, and one-shot command deadlines
Wire JEB catalog discovery to REA_JEB_MCP_TIMEOUT_MS, name the IDA
registration timeoutMs, and add command_timeout_ms for one-shot objdump
and rizin. Debugger, Frida, and Cutter caps stay fixed and say so.

* fix(providers): pass remaining deadlines and name the cap that fired
Catalog discovery now sends the JEB budget still remaining to the SDK on
connect and every tools/list page. Objdump and rizin preflight share one
command_timeout_ms across stat and digest; the command still receives that
budget again. Architecture Evidence keeps a selected timeout, and Frida and
Rizin name the capture limit that actually stopped output.

* fix(frida): preserve non-timeout device lookup failures
getDeviceById is a lookup deadline only when Frida rejects with
"Device not found" after the wait. A device-manager or backend failure
stays a capability error. Align the assertions that still expected the
previous capacity and capture sentences.

Add opt-in retained GDB and objdump summaries using the shared analysis-view layer. Preserve default complete Evidence, ordered records, provenance and completion facts.
Validate real Bash disassembly, whole-client context costs, CLI publication and cleanup; retain the original measured cohorts and explicit coverage limitations.
Closes#5584.
Keep a run-scoped evidence owner from acquisition through settlement and
cleanup retry. Bind token observations to native generations and retain
related generations and unresolved identity lookups across table omissions,
reparenting and process-group changes without treating PID hints as authority.
Use native effective UID facts for withholding decisions, corroborate Linux
procfs absence, and share the Linux stat parser with sampling and debugger
identity checks. Signal only after current token and group revalidation.
Complete swept cleanup across all groups with one bounded final family check;
retain unresolved owners and successful-peer completion across retries.
Validation: npm run check, docs:check and test discovery passed. Focused
ownership/consumer coverage totals 513 passed and 1 skipped across 35 files,
including the corrected Electron cancellation test rerun independently. Darwin helper compilation, real
owned Node child cleanup, CLI/MCP capture and retained cleanup retries ran.
Real Electron applications, native Linux races/PID reuse and Windows cleanup
were not qualified. The original Linux reports remain open for that work.
