Build each side's digest-to-Evidence index once instead of scanning native observations for every comparison item. Retain every exact match and avoid linking subjectless Evidence to nodes lacking content identity.
Comparison and relationship regressions pass. Isolated alternating unprofiled runs at 2,000 nodes and observations per side have conventional medians 379.924 ms before and 246.466 ms after; the complete 4,000-item outputs match byte-for-byte. Timings are bounded workload evidence, not whole-suite performance.

relationshipSignature rebuilt a node map and scanned every graph edge
for each side of each matched pair, so comparison cost grew as
pairs x (nodes + edges). Build node and adjacency indexes once per
graph in ItemContext; signatures, sorting and output are unchanged.
At 4000 matched modules, end-to-end compare: 5.7s -> 2.9s (2 edges
per node) and 10.4s -> 5.8s (6 edges per node); 8000: 3.3x and 2.5x.
Output JSON is byte-identical on the base commit.
Remove forwarding wrappers and shadow aliases, migrate callers and verification scripts to their owners, and share one exhaustive semantic resource-bound projection.
Deliver complete Evidence directly through MCP with required nullable analysis profiles and immutable per-server delivery settings. Bind selected environments at construction and require typed cleanup outcomes with retained retry ownership.
Remove test-only routing, duplicate session and snapshot metadata, producer-field repairs, and ambiguous provider arguments. Separate artifact byte identity from occurrence classification and retain typed source-map and partial native facts across CLI, MCP, and verifier consumers.
BREAKING CHANGE: obsolete Evidence envelopes, session aliases, incomplete snapshots, and missing normalized producer facts are no longer accepted.
