Edgar ArakelyanandClaude Fable 5.1 b0ec63cc03 fix(mcp): harden the streamable HTTP listener's session replacement and shutdown
Addresses the automated review findings on the PR: refuse requests once the
session slot is closed and join an arming initialize during shutdown; retry
failed close stages instead of replaying the rejection; classify loopback
binds by address class and add the bind's own hostname to the Host and Origin
allowlist; let only a POST with the streamable headers replace an open
session; announce the bound URL at every log level; route `mcp -h --http` to
the HTTP entry.

Edgar ArakelyanandClaude Fable 5.1 46dd8f0e2b feat(mcp): serve the MCP server over streamable HTTP
Add rea mcp --http [--host] [--port]: the same server rea speaks over stdio,
served over MCP Streamable HTTP on a loopback listener by default, using the
SDK's web-standard transport already in the pinned @modelcontextprotocol/server
behind a small node:http bridge. One client and one session at a time; DELETE
ends the session without running provider teardown, a new client's initialize
replaces a session left open, foreign Host headers are refused on loopback
binds, and shutdown is signals-only. Stdio stays the default and registered
transport; server.json and client registrations are unchanged.

morluto e6c487799b fix(native): preserve resolved plist selection intent
Resolve lookup identity and selected/default origin together in the plist
source owner. Physical-file and conversion failures consume that fact
rather than reconstructing intent from omission of the path argument.
Selected plist artifacts resolve independently of readiness; unresolved
scope admission does not acquire an invented file-selection context.
Remove the superseded resolver and path/requested representation.

Cover direct-target CLI/MCP refusals, physical file conditions, permission
denial, default controls, unresolved scope context and cleanup retry for
both explicit path and selected-target workflows.

Fixes #4923. Related: #4849.

Validation: public CLI/MCP baseline3 failed8 controls passed; final55
passed across7files, check:fast, docs5, discovery1566 and source review.
Actual macOS26.3 plutil CLI/MCP; no Linux/Windows native qualification.

morlutoandapitoagents 7ca7e38717 fix(native): retain bounded plutil refusal diagnostics
Read failed conversion diagnostics from both output streams, retaining
raw bounded excerpts, observed byte totals, exit status and truncation.
Remove only repeated path prefixes from display text and report a useful
reason when the command prints no diagnostic. Reuse native failure
capture bounds rather than expanding accepted nonzero output into errors.

Adapted from PR #4851. Fixes #4849.

Validation: six controlled boundary failures on baseline, including the
stdout-only empty-reason defect; final46 passed across6files, real macOS
CLI/MCP controls, static checks, docs5 and discovery1565. On macOS26.3
plutil uses stderr; stdout-only coverage is controlled output. Separate
selected-target classification defect is reproduced and tracked as#4923.

morlutoandMert Kaya 6c98708793 fix(plist): preserve observed non-finite XML reals
Recognize complete CFPropertyList literals at the XML owner and retain
canonical NaN and signed infinity identity as typed scalars. Keep scalar
wrappers distinct from lookalike dictionaries, share limitation text and
document alias normalization. Incomplete markup retains its existing
compatibility fallback and limitation. Bound token matching before case
normalization using the accepted grammar.

Adapted from PR #4908. Fixes #4906.

Validation: public CLI/MCP regression baseline 2 failed, 4 passed.
Final focused validation 430 passed across 25 files, including controlled
entitlement response coverage in the following commit. Real macOS plutil
CLI, check:fast, docs:check and discovery passed. Binary value identity
remains tracked in #4919; malformed literal policy remains #4852.

morluto 4f7b5fb602 fix(cli): route update flag through verified updater
Normalize the unambiguous root --update alias before output handling and
through direct createCli().serve calls. Reuse the existing output-value scan
and canonical update command, including selected environment, installation
ownership, Windows-aware launch, verification, maintenance and failure facts.
Retain option data and help/check precedence. Reject remaining Incur install
requests: update:false does not disable its explicit installer in0.6.1.
Remove the superseded output-only normalizer name and update its consumers.

Validation:123focused checks/7files pass, including compiled CLI with an owned
rejecting fake npm and direct serve across5formats. Original argument owner
fails6new controls/7pass; isolated baseline fails8workflow checks/2controls
pass. Static/docs/discovery1561 pass. Both scoped source reviews are clear.
Six completed equivalent current-version workflows compare baseline canonical
update with the alias; complete replies identical. Native Windows upgrade,
real package-manager installation and full install costs remain unverified.

The first baseline escaped a Vitest-only builtin mock and installed REA in the
pinned Node global prefix. Removed the newly added package and verified original
Node/npm/Corepack tools. Re-ran using the real builtin spy with synchronized
ESM exports, an independently rejecting PATH shim and owned npm prefix/cache.
Keep heavy tests/profiling stopped. Independent updater output bounds remain
tracked in #4888 rather than changing collection policy in this routing fix.

morluto f1edf0da0c fix(cli): preserve APK locale-list schema bounds
Reuse the named domain locales field instead of reconstructing an optional
array from its element type. Preserve min/max selection bounds through the
CLI parser and public JSON Schema while retaining the repeat-flag guidance.
The application service already validates the input; provider authority is
unchanged.

Add a public schema regression and compare advertised Ajv2020 acceptance
and CLI parser acceptance with the owner for omission, empty, valid,
maximum, oversized and invalid-element selections.

Validation: regression fails unchanged d37c34647; 21 focused checks across
4 files, check:fast and docs:check pass. Source review found no blocker.
No real-provider or performance qualification claim. Heavy tests remain
stopped.

morluto fd6da70920 fix(cli): report string capacity failures during result formatting
Recover completed ordinary command results when pinned Incur formatting
exceeds the runtime string limit before stdout begins. Emit a small typed
memory constraint with an explicit unknown formatted size, the runtime limit
and JSON/filter remediation. Preserve full-output framing and leave normal
CTA, human and token-window formatting with Incur. Never rerun analysis.

Capture canonical failure identity at its logging owner, including thrown
AnalysisError projections. Recovery reads compact captured facts without
revalidating or retaining large diagnostics. Keep destination failure ownership,
prevent a second stdout document and retain quiet SIGPIPE status during recovery.

Validation: 111 distinct focused tests across 10 files; check:fast,
docs:check and discovery of all 1555 test files. Sixteen authored formatter
controls fail unchanged e103ae0ce and pass with this fix. A separate closed
reader control caught and now covers recovery EPIPE handling. The heavy JSON
string-limit regression remains excluded; no large Electron reproduction ran.

Twelve small public CLI artifact inspections preserve identical raw replies
and token estimates in TOON and JSON. Timings are noise-level, with no speedup,
cold-cache, large-result memory or real-provider qualification claim. Sentinel
and generator protocols keep their existing ownership.

Abhay Tiwari 6668424343 feat(apktool): share one APK resource decode across selected locale tables (#4777) (#4804)
Project default and multiple selected localized string tables from one
immutable decode pass. Remove the need for repeated APK snapshotting,
digesting, version probing, apktool d invocations, and workspace enumeration.

- Contract: add optional locales array to decode_android_resources input
schema (bounded to 20 locales) and structured string_tables to output schema
with per-table status, strings, total_count, unparsed_count, and coverage.
Preserve legacy strings and locale fields for complete backward compatibility.
- Bounds: enforce 32 MiB aggregate XML read cap and 10,000 aggregate string
entries cap across batched projections. Handle missing, oversized, and
malformed tables per-table without failing or losing completed tables.
- Lifecycle: maintain strict descriptor cleanup and provider-owned workspace
removal in finally, preserving typed cancellation and failure details.
- Adapters: add --locales repeatable option to CLI and update MCP contract.

Validation: 10 service tests, 3 CLI boundary tests, and MCP boundary schema
tests pass. Fast typecheck/lint and turbo docs:check:built pass.

morluto 662fad9072 fix(cli): finalize doctor cancellation after failure logging

morlutoandhhang f9de41371f fix(electron): own fuse cleanup through adapters and shutdown
Adapt the prepared descriptor lifecycle repair from xu91102/rea dbb7db16. morluto 78cf6100f3 fix(plist): preserve complete XML dictionary key identities

prototype omission. Replace first-child reinterpretation with canonical,
collision-free aliases inside the pinned decoder boundary; restore names
through the existing dictionary projection. Alias every spelling of the
same name to preserve duplicate assignment order. Handle empty key spellings
and keep scalar key elements outside aliasing. Preserve value text and bytes.

Adapt @thangldw's tests and proposal from PR #3426. Avoid the proposal's
closing-content scanner and re-escaping source names. Add duplicate, empty,
alias-collision, scalar-key, native fallback and Interface Builder controls.

Validation: 180 focused checks across 20 files pass, including built CLI and
actual stdio MCP, build, check:fast and docs:check. Baseline public inspection

Kaoru0822andClaude Opus 5.5 63c530998e fix(flutter): report cancellation during snapshot cleanup with completed observations (#4762)
The one-shot Flutter CLI commands passed their command signal to the
inspection but not to finishAnalysisCommand, whose post-close cancellation
guard only runs when a signal is supplied. When the provider's first
snapshot-root removal failed, close() retried it after the inspection had
returned; SIGINT during that retry set exit status 130 while the command
still printed ordinary successful Evidence.

Pass the command signal to the finisher so an abort observed after the
awaited cleanup retry yields typed cancellation that retains the completed
Evidence as partial_observation. A failed retry still reports
cleanup_incomplete ahead of the later signal.

4e14452ddb fix(native): report unidentified text plists as unknown (#4320)
* fix(native): report unidentified text plists as unknown

Require explicit XML identification in file output instead of treating all
text as XML. Preserve decoded plist values and source-format provenance
when plutil falls back to XML conversion.

Add provider-boundary regressions and real macOS CLI controls for OpenStep,
data-bearing OpenStep, XML, UTF-16 XML and binary property lists.

Fixes #4294

* fix(native): keep XML plists without a declaration labeled xml

`file -b` names XML only when a document declaration is present, so the
narrowed `\bXML\b` check reported a declaration-less XML plist as unknown and
broke the real-plutil `decodes xml plists that plutil cannot express as JSON`
CLI test. When `file` reports only text, read the source head once and label it
XML only when its first non-whitespace character (after a UTF-8 BOM) is `<`;
OpenStep and other text stay unknown.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(native): distinguish OpenStep data from XML source markup

Recognize XML markup instead of treating every leading angle bracket as XML.
Keep data-only OpenStep sources unknown, honor explicit JSON identification,
and decode BOM-marked UTF-16 prefixes before detecting declarationless XML.
Add source-format regressions and macOS CLI cases for data-only sources.

Warm repeat raw replies6392tokens each, elapsed .448/.444s, CPU .662/.660s;
sampled family memory varied and reversed direction on repeat. No causal
performance improvement claim, true-cold or full-agent/fault-path measurement.

Synchronous probe deadline/cancellation/family cleanup remains #4561 and needs
coordinated discovery/admission supervision; no claim that it is fixed here.
No real failing JVM or Windows runtime verification performed.

morluto 060587b456 fix(cli): prefer native byte inspection for automatic dispatch metadata
Allow the composed one-shot dispatch workflow to open a covered Mach-O
without selecting a deep provider. The registry still owns selector
precedence; explicit request/environment choices remain binding, while
non-Mach-O and unsupported hosts retain deep symbol fallback. Requested
snapshots keep ordinary binding and profile semantics.

Share runtime composition and target admission with the native byte reader.
Keep target parsing, resource ownership and Evidence on the original session.

Validation: 13 focused files, 192 passed and 2 skipped; npm run check passed.
The six previously blocked native property CLI controls now pass. Ten measured
CLI workflows preserved exact metadata facts; warm raw reply token medians
1344/927, elapsed .475/.547s, CPU .691/.745s, sampled family RSS351.2/359.3MiB
baseline/candidate. Baseline used explicit Ghidra workaround; true cold and
full-agent costs unmeasured. No speed/memory improvement or Windows claim.

morluto a70c42e03d fix(native): recover malformed Objective-C names at decode boundaries
Validate protocol and implementation selectors, ivar names and category
names before publishing records. Share validated local class identity
between class, superclass and category consumers, retaining unresolved
addresses and the decoder's failure reason.

Byte fixtures reproduced the reported validation failures. Final focused
4-file run: 118 passed; npm run check passed. Six existing CLI property
controls remain blocked before decoding by deep-provider auto-selection
ambiguity, as exposed by improved assertion diagnostics (#4555).
No Windows runtime or real malformed-application verification performed.

morluto 0f61261e01 fix(native): retain owned preparation failures through command adapters
Refs #4522, #4526, #4555.

Retain producer-owned compiler output and cleanup markers through xcrun
resolution and native failure projection. Keep physical preparation failures
primary and preserve separate command deadline classification for interrupted
preparation. Omitted output facts stay unknown; client close does not resolve
foreign helper cleanup. Include CLI failure output in native regression reports.

Validation: 87 focused tests passed. Broader 140-file run passed 1483 tests,
skipped 109, and exposed three pre-existing deep-provider selection failures
tracked in #4555. Static checks passed. Compiler faults use controlled Node
fixtures; native Swift compiler faults and Windows execution were not verified.
Other command consumers still need preparation-fact propagation.

zhugehyukandClaude Opus 5.5 d62d3082c2 feat(ghidra): support raw big-endian m68k analysis (#4018)
* feat(ghidra): support raw big-endian m68k analysis

Admit `m68k` for headerless raw-binary targets. Admission requires a
2-byte aligned entry and a mapping within 0x0..0xffffffff, and Ghidra
imports with BinaryLoader using 68000:BE:32:default, the default compiler
specification, and the `ram` default address space.

`6502` and `m68k` now share one RAW_ONLY_ARCHITECTURES owner, so detected
targets, Evidence subjects, snapshots, and lifecycle output contracts
exclude both instead of repeating a 6502 literal.

Ghidra's default 68000 language decodes the 68040 superset; separate
68020/68030/CPU32/ColdFire variants, Amiga/Atari containers, and reset
vector discovery remain unsupported. Windows Ghidra P0 still admits raw
6502 only.

Verified with Ghidra 12.1.4 on macOS against an 8-byte self-built fixture
(nop; nop; moveq #1,d0; rts at 0x1000): load image verified in `ram`,
entry decompiles to `return 1`.

* test(ghidra): verify raw m68k analysis with real Ghidra

Add npm run verify:ghidra:m68k. The verifier loads a source-owned 22-byte
68000 fixture (annotated hex, no assembler) at 0x1000 and checks, through
the compiled CLI and stdio MCP server: the 68000:BE:32:default BinaryLoader
import, load-image parity, exact mapped bytes, both functions, the bsr.b
call reference, decompilation by address and file offset, rejection of a
misaligned entry and of a mapping past 0xffffffff without replacing the
active session, unchanged source bytes, and runtime cleanup.

Run with Ghidra 12.1.4 and JDK 21 on macOS arm64. Linux has not been
exercised; Windows Ghidra P0 does not admit m68k.

Ysopwnable a6c6a76d37 fix(cutter): cancel discovery probes and queued work
Propagate CLI/MCP cancellation through shared Cutter discovery, stop queued probes, and drain admitted workers. Deliver terminal bridge results only after socket closure. Preserve confirmed command Evidence and caller reasons when cancellation arrives during finalization.

Validated 66 focused tests, full CI static/docs gates, actual CLI SIGINT, compiled stdio cancellation/recovery, and official Linux Cutter 2.5.0 Qt5 CLI/MCP ELF workflows. Native UI cancellation and descriptor filesystem cancellation remain unverified.

Fixes #3946.
