Closes#6792.
ELF images with `PT_DYNAMIC` but no `SHT_DYNSYM` section incorrectly reported a complete, empty export inventory. The shared ELF directory reader now owns the dynamic-segment observation; CLI/MCP report `unsupported` with a reason. Existing symbol-table results remain intact. Read-only format correction; no new execution authority or public schema.
Validation on the current main integration:
- `npm run check`, test discovery, and 166 selected Linux tests pass, including actual CLI/stdio MCP cases and PE/IL2CPP/GPU/Rust reader consumers. Original author validation: 113 tests on macOS, including regressions that failed before the fix; test discovery passed.
- Real Debian libc (1,926,232 bytes) and libLLVM 14 (109,967,296 bytes), with only section-header-count/name-index bytes changed, reproduce the old false absence in both public adapters. The reviewed implementation returns unsupported in both adapters. Independent Python maps unchanged `PT_DYNAMIC` declarations and selected symbol bytes; original `readelf` agrees. The reduced files are not loaded or executed; `readelf -D` itself cannot enumerate these reduced layouts, and that failed oracle attempt is retained.
- Unmodified libc still returns all 3,025 exports, byte-identical complete Evidence and the same Evidence ID as the baseline. Resource-guarded public probes completed without stops or payload leftovers. No speed, memory or model-token improvement is claimed for this coverage fix.
Codex review completed with no findings. CI failed: all 61 observed failures (including 47 omitted from the aggregate report by canceled shards) reproduce with identical complete failure diagnostics on the exact CI base and merge trees. Baseline-only bypass is explicitly authorized for this maintenance session; canceled/skipped coverage remains unverified. See the final CI attribution comment. The original author's readiness declaration below is preserved.

* feat(native): read PE and ELF export tables
Add a host-independent export-table reader on the shared native
container layer. PE images report each used export-address-table slot
with its ordinal, one row per name, its address or forwarder text, and
the export directory identity; the PE image reader now exposes its data
directories. ELF images report defined default/protected global, weak
and unique .dynsym symbols with type, binding and .gnu.version_d
version (hidden versions kept distinct, unreadable version tables
"unknown"). Unreadable entries are counted in issues and make coverage
partial; an ELF without section headers is unsupported.

* feat(native): inspect native export tables through CLI and MCP
Expose the reader as inspect_native_exports / inspect-native-exports:
one stable, digest-bound read of an explicit file with a caller-selected
input budget, typed failures for malformed, unsupported, oversized and
cancelled reads, and observed Evidence bound to the file path and
SHA-256. Mach-O inputs point to inspect_macho.

* docs(native): describe portable PE and ELF export inventories

* fix(native): bound export inventories and read header-backed PE tables
Address review of the export-table reader:
- Charge every retained row and its name, forwarder and version text
against shared 262144-row and 16 MiB allowances before storing it, so
repeated long names or PE aliases cannot exhaust memory.
- Map PE RVAs through the headers as well as sections; the PE image
reader now exposes its SizeOfHeaders mapping.
- Keep ELF exports with version "unknown" when .gnu.version lies outside
the file, and report an empty version-definition name as unresolved.
- Reject a .dynsym without its mandatory null entry as malformed.
- Decode the ELF section directory once.
- Correct the docs on which gaps drop rows and which keep them.

Interpret source-bound ELF64 NT_FILE descriptors once before debugger
launch. Bound counts and pathname coverage by the descriptor, retain exact
path bytes, and refuse relative names or dot segments rather than letting
GDB resolve them against the host. Pin GDB's pathname semantics to Unix.
Preserve the decoded partial observation on refusal, basic-only recovery,
and pre-admission cancellation. Share an exact mapping fixture and replace
the old fixture boolean modes with explicit report producers.
Validation: final series has 33 passing Vitest cases plus five Python
producer controls; 38 Linux x64 provider cases are explicitly skipped on
macOS. Typecheck/lint, docs checks and test discovery pass. Real GDB16.3
and strace reproduce the relative-path escape using only an owned fixture;
compiled admission admits a real absolute-path core and refuses that
relative-path core. Full native pwndbg / Linux x64 remain unverified here.
Task token, CPU and peak-family-memory costs are unmeasured; no speed claim.
