morluto a80575c736 fix(native): preserve partial call reference evidence
Retain provider-reported call sites and raw classification independently of generic reference flags. Keep all endpoint evidence when containing-procedure routes merge, and include relation in edge identity to avoid order-dependent labels.

Closes #5130

morluto 65884350ff fix(native): retain partial call routes and omitted sites
Separate enumeration outcome from retained facts in the native call-route
owner. Keep every available typed call with its source provider and site,
supplement incomplete kinds with inferred fallback targets, and retain
known routes when fallback fails. Per-reference unknowns take precedence
over aggregate availability; cancellation remains terminal.

Project partial routes before enumeration failures, preserve each omitted
route's relation, and include its call site in the omitted-edge identity
so distinct observations to one target cannot overwrite each other.
Remove the superseded success-only provider/result representation.

Validation: 69 focused cases plus final 30-case rerun, including nine
public SDK MCP regressions; full static/architecture, docs and discovery
checks pass. Controlled-provider source REDs reproduce both route loss
and omitted-site collisions. Real native providers remain unverified.

morluto 32f0e51209 fix(session): describe native UI trace source routes
Share source operations with execution owners and derive availability and missing prerequisites from one evaluation. Distinguish authored UI dispatch from native-seed call tracing without inventing a default request mode. Preserve target gates, typed failures and partial results.

morluto 50b6975d86 fix(session): admit direct native dispatch metadata providers
Share named metadata source operations between execution and capability discovery. Preserve symbol fallback and typed runtime failure behavior, and cover availability through public MCP workflows.

morluto 55dd21a5e2 fix(native): retain partial format facts and explicit coverage
Preserve XML and Interface Builder identity at their parsing boundary, retain usable Objective-C slots with precise coverage, and keep native trace failures distinct from absence. Add caller-selected Interface Builder summaries backed by complete retained Evidence, and preserve comparison limitations.

Reviewed fixes: #1969, #2088, #2108, #2513, #2639, #2684, #2731, #2759, #2875, #2888, #2889, #2970, #2971, #3002.

Validation: relevant native/domain focused lane passed 142 tests; earlier Interface Builder/MCP checks passed 24 tests. Real native UI and Ghidra producer coverage was not repeated.

morluto 044aa34ce6 perf(native): index call-binding parameter and return nodes
Build ordered per-procedure indices from admitted nodes instead of scanning every node twice for each call binding. Preserve edge order, capacity limits, omitted-parameter unknowns, and surviving return bindings.

Validation: five focused service tests and check:fast passed. Four paired Flameox blocks at 4096 call sites passed all eight full-result digest oracles. Median paired reduction was 183.02 ms (71.4%) on this synthetic fan-out workload; real-provider performance is unverified.

Flameox evidence: 5a4c98ed7d224587c10a0f4596c8680d3a0330eb112a629014448ff1ea4634e7.

morluto c7345512ea perf(native): index admitted value-trace nodes
Replace a graph-wide node scan for each parameter use with membership in the set of admitted node IDs. Preserve node-budget omission, pagination, and existing ID-collision behavior.

Flameox profiles identify the eliminated scan. Six-run medians on a bounded synthetic four-procedure workload improved from 2538.17 ms to 220.32 ms (11.52x); full JSON responses have identical SHA-256 4071fc7ec17be01e6a23d53814a47b3b1bb0ebd80099d21ef8431da487801725. This measures production trace composition with a synthetic provider, not real Ghidra target speed.

morlutoandCursor Agent b4db35f092 fix: bind identity and coverage to the producing rule (#1513)
* fix: bind identity and coverage to the producing rule

Logical paths, container families, examined bytes, path-segment conventions, destination collisions, file-id leases, Mach-O CPU selection, and firmware cleanup now follow the observation that owns each rule.

* fix: fail unmatched Mach-O slices and keep firmware roots independent

A fat target whose architecture lipo did not list now stops before slice tools run. Chained fixups still count unread LC_DYLD_INFO rebase bytes, and a firmware cleanup failure no longer blocks the next workspace.

* test: cover path identity and runtime families at the projection boundary

NFC joins and segment conventions are now asserted by the path resolver, the Apple projection, and a real APK inventory instead of helper unit tests.

* test: expect unread dyld rebase bytes in the Apple dispatch fixture

The legacy LC_DYLD_INFO fixture keeps a rebase range this reader does not decode, so the public CLI and MCP check now requires that partial coverage beside the bind opcodes.

morluto 392f1f3107 refactor: consolidate boundary semantics and prune redundant tests
Share parser modes and collision-free composite keys, enforce architecture guards, and consolidate redundant unit assertions into filesystem, CLI, MCP, and producer-backed workflows. Preserve concurrent upstream boundary fixes and exclude legacy Objective-C class-name bookkeeping labels.

Validation: source/composition suites (3358 passing), focused canonical digest and MCP checks, typecheck/lint, Knip, formatting, architecture guards, and real Foundation archive and Apple legacy simulator CLI/MCP verification. No real Hopper, Ghidra, or IDA verification claim.

morluto a4ba8aecd5 fix(contracts)!: require observed provider output metadata
Reject omitted segment bounds, procedure classification and body facts, unresolved-call observations, dossier facets, and Ghidra parameter flow metadata. Providers emit explicit nulls for unsupported facets. Verify those unknowns in the real Hopper workflow.

BREAKING CHANGE: Provider analysis outputs must explicitly supply metadata previously repaired with defaults; unsupported nullable facets must be reported as null.
