Parse MIME parameters once with strict quoted-value and duplicate handling,
and compare equivalent default binary profiles. Keep excluded HAR MIME
unknown, explicit framing independent, and nominal gRPC sanitization intact
across malformed or repeated declarations.
Add public CLI/MCP and native-header regressions with source identity and
partial-coverage assertions. Preserve upstream wire and schema admission.
Fixes#6836
Coalesce equal parsed file definitions and reject conflicting same-name definitions before registry import resolution. Preserve field presence, known and opaque facts through one budgeted SDK parse while retaining original descriptor bytes and digest.
Keep unique files in their original order, reuse the existing admission traversal, and cover public CLI/MCP import, ordering, presence and source-provenance controls. Document REA ambiguity policy separately from protoc precedence.
Parse optional CDP worker relationships once for browser and Electron collectors. Keep absent ownership unavailable, malformed relationships invalid, and proven foreign targets outside the selected scope; retain existing origin and file authorization.
Add public CLI protocol fixtures and documentation for coverage and withheld details.
Fixes#6475
Validate message-local field numbers and fully qualified registry identities during existing descriptor admission before constructing the schema registry. Preserve repeated wire occurrences, enum aliases and independent scopes, with bounded name allocation and retained capture provenance through CLI/MCP refusals.
Fixes#6834
Correct the pinned HAR schema's missing object types and duration constraints at the shared decoder boundary. Preserve optional omission and the -1 sentinel without repairing producer measurements, and identify the owned corrections in decoder provenance.
Keep unsupported or redacted response encodings unavailable to replay and state extraction. Empty-response classification now uses the same body owner, preserving known empty content separately from unavailable content. Regenerate contract examples from decoded fixture bytes and the shared view service.
Validation: focused decoder, replay/state, CLI and MCP regressions, including unselected malformed records and confirmed write responses. Contract examples reproduce through MCP. Authored capture controls do not establish real-browser producer coverage.

Share incremental replacement UTF-8 decoding across web and JavaScript workers, bound content before complete-line allocation and handle split CRLF consistently. Keep named schemas, request versus checkpoint failures, worker reuse and stream cleanup authority in their servers. Cover real server recovery and deterministic byte boundaries.
* fix(web): refuse an existing script-export destination as invalid input
export_web_scripts refused an existing output directory or link correctly,
but reported it as artifact_operation_failed / execution_failure with no
field issue or recovery. SafeOutputTree.create raises that refusal as a
path failure before any output tree exists, and the export mapper wrapped
it as an artifact failure.
Attribute pre-admission path refusals to output_directory as an
AnalysisInputError, as environment export already does for its directory.
Both now share one helper owned beside SafeOutputTree; failures after the
tree is admitted keep their artifact semantics.
Fixes#6029
* fix(artifacts): type SafeOutputTree destination refusals
Admission conversion treated any cleanup-free path failure raised before
admission as a refusal of the selected directory, so an acquired-tree setup
failure, such as being unable to restrict a created root to 0700, blamed
valid output_directory or directory input.
SafeOutputTree.create now raises SafeOutputTreeDestinationRefusal for the
refusals of the selection itself: a relative or reserved root, an existing
root, and an accepted existing root that is not an empty directory. The shared
conversion accepts only that type, directly or wrapped by
SafeOutputTreeCreationFailure, so script and environment export no longer
track admission separately.
