fix(mcp): retain complete application results across response limits
...
Retain complete authenticated application Evidence when the repeated MCP representation exceeds the default receive frame or Node string limit. Return a typed transport constraint, keep useful followup queries available, and stream full canonical bundles to atomic destinations.
Verify complete Notion and Obsidian workflows on Linux and native Windows, full CLI/Evidence parity, and real large Chrome screenshot recovery. Preserve complete success contracts and caller-selected evidence paths.

feat(browser): inspect historical web network captures ( #992 )
...
* feat(browser): inspect retained HAR and mitmproxy capture evidence
Add independent offline format adapters, inline CLI/MCP evidence, bounded
owned decoder processes, and real producer verification.

* fix(browser): preserve capture boundaries during cancellation and decoding
Honor cancellation during owned-command cleanup, retain opaque HAR
extension content, and clean verifier resources on every failure path.

* fix(browser): exclude sensitive capture fields across representations
Normalize known native transport URLs for both bytes and strings, including backups. Exclude explicitly sensitive text fields with null so redaction markers cannot reintroduce declared literals. Cover both provider identities in catalog conformance.

refactor(domain): split error taxonomy into thematic modules ( #636 )
...
Move each error family out of domain/errors.ts into its own module
(base, core, provider selection/adapter, browser observation,
artifact, evidence, unknown registry, hopper, configuration) and
relocate AnalysisErrorProjection to analysisErrorProjection.
Migrate all 162 importers to the owning modules and delete
errors.ts. No re-export shims; behavior is unchanged.
