morluto 5dfb9d050c fix(analysis)!: scope call-graph caveats to their observed relationships
Return deduplicated execution caveats once and preserve provider-owned relationship diagnostics and completeness on graph nodes. Keep complete relationship reads exhaustive despite contextual caveats, including portable call-path reconstruction.

Preserve omitted diagnostic fields in historical Evidence and bind reported diagnostics into semantic identity. Revise graph workflow and Ghidra adapter profiles so old cached representations cannot replay under the new contracts.

Remove stale duplicate-lookup test claims and redundant fixture validation. Prune million-entry duplicate cases while retaining argument-stack and deep-chain regressions; bounded Flameox captures identified validation and canonical hashing costs.

Validation: static and architecture checks, generated docs, 364 focused tests before pruning, 21 call-path tests after pruning, public MCP schema validation and targeted profile tests. Real engine behavior was not locally exercised.

BREAKING CHANGE: get_call_graph normalized_result now contains { graph, limitations }; traversal-depth groups are under graph.

morluto 9c8511409c fix(analysis): preserve relationship coverage across evidence and replay
Separate observed relationship coverage from general provider caveats. Authenticate and replay coverage without changing legacy Evidence IDs; expose unknown and capped relationship sets through CLI/MCP graphs and traces.

Validated focused domain, snapshot, IDA/Ghidra boundary, MCP, schema, package and static checks. Provider fixtures establish contract behavior; licensed engine behavior was not reverified.

Mykola Dementievandmorluto 0ae38e1e31 fix(ida): preserve non-x86 call edges and workflow uncertainty (#1906)
* test(ida): expect callee edges from the call graph on non-x86 targets

* fix(ida): read callee edges from the call graph on non-x86 targets

* test(ida): pin address order of call graph additions

* docs(ida): describe the call graph source for non-x86 callees

* test(ida): pin the x86 baseline, the call graph reader and its failure modes

* fix(ida): check the call graph root, scope truncation to the root and degrade without callgraph

* test(ida): expect managed PE off the x86 path, possible-truncation wording and a complete ARM64 traversal

* fix(ida): keep managed PE and x86 reads off the call graph path and qualify truncation

* test(ida): answer only expected leaf roots and assert the requested call graph roots

* test(ida): expect a call graph the producer cannot give consistently to fail the callee read

* fix(ida): fail the callee read when the call graph cannot be obtained consistently

* fix(ida): preserve call edge authority and workflow uncertainty

* fix(ida): preserve explicit root call graph caps

Mykola Dementiev d3e9ee5505 fix(ida): report a procedure IDA cannot resolve as invalid input (#1785)
* test(ida): expect a missing procedure to be reported as invalid input

* test(ida): name the invalid_request code and its category for a missing procedure

* fix(ida): report a procedure IDA cannot resolve as invalid input

* test(ida): pin the missing-procedure issue shape and the lookups that stay unreadable

* fix(ida): treat a lookup answer for another query as a producer fault

* test(ida): expect an argument-independent issue path and pin legacy error replies and escaping

* fix(ida): report a missing procedure without naming an argument path

* test(ida): expect provider-derived selectors to stay producer faults in composed workflows

* fix(ida): keep provider-derived procedure selectors out of the caller's input errors

* test(ida): cover session forwarding, parameter hygiene and structured derived-node errors

* docs(ida): describe when procedure resolution blames the caller

Kaoru0822andClaude Opus 5.5 0ecf3f2438 perf(mcp): keep Playwright and type-only imports off MCP startup (#1691)
* fix(build): emit no runtime imports for type-only bindings

Under verbatimModuleSyntax, an import whose specifiers all carry inline
`type` modifiers compiles to `import {} from "..."`, a side-effect import
that still resolves and evaluates the module. 78 compiled modules carried
one, including `import {} from "playwright-core"` in the browser scenario
session, which loaded Playwright's module graph at MCP startup.

Use top-level `import type` for these bindings and enable oxlint's
typescript/no-import-type-side-effects rule so the pattern cannot return.

* perf(mcp): load Playwright when a scenario launches, not at startup

The browser scenario and Electron active providers are constructed before
the stdio server serves, and both bound Playwright's launchers at module
load. Resolve `chromium` and `_electron` from playwright-core when a
capture opens instead, as the web module resolver already does.

MCP startup now resolves 1,312 modules (4,902 resolutions) instead of
1,598 (6,076) before reading the first request, and no longer loads
playwright-core. Provider construction, the tool catalog, and capability
inventory are unchanged.

A boundary test spawns the stdio server, initializes, lists tools, and
asserts playwright-core and isomorphic-git were not resolved; the CLI
probe now exercises the real launch path to prove detection.

Closes #1685

morluto 735c10059c refactor(domain): split error taxonomy into thematic modules (#636)
Move each error family out of domain/errors.ts into its own module
(base, core, provider selection/adapter, browser observation,
artifact, evidence, unknown registry, hopper, configuration) and
relocate AnalysisErrorProjection to analysisErrorProjection.
Migrate all 162 importers to the owning modules and delete
errors.ts. No re-export shims; behavior is unchanged.
