gensokyo-dev 905cbaf239 perf(ci): use tsrs and reduce PE acceptance startup (#5795)
Use pinned tsrs on supported development hosts while retaining stable official
TypeScript on Windows and unsupported platforms. Partition compile/typecheck
caches by actual compiler and qualify fallback hosts for compiler inputs and
lifecycle hooks.

Reduce PE acceptance startup through the existing bounded compiled CLI. Retain
upstream named MCP definitions, every fixture/assertion and the original 30s
deadline. Verify that browser transport loss preserves the observed target.

Validation: full qualification and real host lanes in
https://github.com/morluto/rea/actions/runs/39590450889 ; 450 focused regressions
passed with two documented conditional skips. All 1724 production emit files
match SHA-256 and size across both compilers. Current-head Codex/Greptile review
found no actionable issues. Measurements and limitations are in the PR.

morluto c76edbebbe test(pe): bind acceptance calls to advertised MCP definitions
Pass the exact named tool descriptors to SDK callTool for PE resource inspection and session inventory. Avoid full-catalog validator compilation while retaining SDK output validation, every CLI/MCP scenario, cleanup, and the unchanged 30-second deadline.

The complete focused test passed locally in 7.1 seconds versus 11.0 seconds before this change; host load and CPU/memory costs were not controlled or measured. check:ci passes.

morluto 22d5a40a2e fix(pe): inspect resource records at their declared offsets
Remove unsupported DWORD alignment refusals from resource data entries and adjacent directory tables. Preserve original record locations, UTF-16 name alignment, bounds, mapping, overlap checks and payload hashes.

Validation: 49 focused parser/provider/filesystem/lifecycle and compiled CLI/stdio MCP tests; check:ci; independent pefile agreement for the reported layout, padded control and PE32/PE32+ word-aligned directories. Public CLI and SDK-validated MCP retain truncated-input refusals and unchanged source hashes. Synthetic static inspection only; Windows loading was not tested.

morlutoandAniketXD 926e18b3fc fix(native): report PE resource subject architecture
Reuse the canonical COFF decoder and one optional-header magic rule. Preserve unknown architecture for conflicting headers and unproven managed OS overrides; assert subject parity through CLI and MCP.

Adapted from AniketR10/rea-aniket PR #4801 (250c9d726f), with expanded ARM and late-cancellation coverage.

Fixes #4800

morluto effb71f59c fix(providers): preserve bounded artifact reads and cleanup owners
Refs #4373, #4455, #4457, #4458.

Use canonical artifact ownership in Go, Rust, SQLite and PE readers and their failure consumers. Admit PE read budgets before allocation and ignore zero-extent sections in interval ownership. Close Rust resources through CLI and MCP lifecycles.

morlutoandGabriel Dias 045c84db76 fix(pe): retain empty resources at virtual section endpoints
Map a zero-byte payload at a section endpoint only when no section contains that RVA, preserving adjacent-section ownership and raw backing checks. Extend the real CLI and stdio MCP workflow across PE32/PE32+ empty and nonempty resources.

The portable parser and public adapter regressions ran locally; Windows API loader behavior and GNU-produced images were not independently rerun.

Kaoru0822 76296c5a38 fix(native): bind NativeAOT metadata to declared PE section extents
Section headers distinguish the declared virtual extent from the on-disk raw extent, which may include alignment padding. Resource RVA ownership and overlap use VirtualSize, falling back to SizeOfRawData when VirtualSize is zero, and payload reads still require file-backed bytes.

The NativeAOT snapshot reader applies the same range rule to RVA reads, metadata scans, executable targets, and derived overlay bounds. Page-rounded loader mappings may expose tail bytes, but those bytes lie outside the declared section range used by these parsers.

bd3a9bbbaf fix(native): classify PE resource input failures
Report missing and non-file selections as input issues, malformed PE images as format errors, and unstable reads as artifact changes. Keep existing limit, permission, cancellation, and other I/O classifications.
