Retain native-only dispatch workflows without requiring a deep provider profile. Validate exact target, operation, and current reader bindings during open, import, recording, and export; preserve selected deep bindings and caller limits.
Validated public CLI and stdio MCP save/reopen, exact CLI replay, changed-limit cache partitioning, baseline failure and candidate success on an Apple-clang fixture, snapshot lifecycle regressions, typecheck and lint. No target or deep engine execution. Fixes#5529.
* fix(tests): restore reliable snapshot and container CI checks
Keep exact cancellation causes and partial snapshot facts in regression oracles. Match fault injection to real directory handles and isolated MCP module ownership; await terminal cleanup progress within the existing test deadline. Reuse the valid ASAR Pickle fixture and preserve truncated-container rejection.
* fix(tests): isolate runtime faults and own CLI subprocesses
Keep the runtime provider mock in the isolated project after reused CLI graphs exposed lost fault injection. Use the existing owned CLI fixture for Inspector parity and update command checks, retain caller environment choices, and require the removed alias to fail with COMMAND_NOT_FOUND. Keep current test deadlines and production behavior.
* fix(process): retain executable handles through read cancellation
Use the existing borrowed descriptor reader so stream cancellation cannot invalidate a handle owned by capture. Preserve the exact cancellation and permit immediate scope reuse after cleanup. Reproduce the native-stream failure with actual file IO and retain completed/failed-close controls.
Synchronize runtime cancellation and backwards-clock injection with observed running progress. The corrected clock oracle now rejects a Date.now-based deadline under controlled rollback; keep test deadlines and narrow host cleanup checks unchanged.
* test(process): observe prelaunch cancellation at descriptor reads
* fix(process): retain read failures alongside observed cancellation
* fix(flutter): advertise portable Unicode ABI selectors
Allow the composed one-shot dispatch workflow to open a covered Mach-O
without selecting a deep provider. The registry still owns selector
precedence; explicit request/environment choices remain binding, while
non-Mach-O and unsupported hosts retain deep symbol fallback. Requested
snapshots keep ordinary binding and profile semantics.
Share runtime composition and target admission with the native byte reader.
Keep target parsing, resource ownership and Evidence on the original session.
Validation: 13 focused files, 192 passed and 2 skipped; npm run check passed.
The six previously blocked native property CLI controls now pass. Ten measured
CLI workflows preserved exact metadata facts; warm raw reply token medians
1344/927, elapsed .475/.547s, CPU .691/.745s, sampled family RSS351.2/359.3MiB
baseline/candidate. Baseline used explicit Ghidra workaround; true cold and
full-agent costs unmeasured. No speed/memory improvement or Windows claim.

Compose native utility sessions for the five existing static CLI questions.
Keep ordinary session routing for native runtime observations, and retain
caller-selected environments, target admission, Evidence and cleanup.
Validation: 17 focused files, 97 passed and 2 skipped; npm run check passed.
The three thin Mach-O CLI regressions now pass with macOS native utilities.
No Windows runtime verification or performance measurements performed.

Preserve reported Program PDB identity, explicit omissions and nullable load state, retaining declared CodeView facts when equivalence is unknown. Bound JSON locator expansion and advance PE/workflow replay revisions without discarding historical Evidence.
Main already contains the shared canonical workflow collector. Integrate its unknown-PDB repair and fix the CLI fixture for the new artifact-session dependency. No unrelated pcap repair is included.
Validation: 309 focused tests across 15 files pass (2 Windows-only skips), runtime build and check:fast/pre-push pass. Real Windows Ghidra 12.1.4 PUBLIC/JDK 21.0.12.1 uses the public where.exe/PDB pair; 17 relevant production files match verified ca24903f. MCP cold/warm normalized results match and the backward graph has 3 successful nodes. Inputs are unchanged and no owned Java/Node processes remain. CLI inspection keeps its earlier exact-source scope. NB10 omission uses regression fixtures, without a real NB10 provider claim.
Tests keep 2-core affinity and 512 MiB Node/Java heaps. Retain the 600s analysis and 30s initialization timeout observations alongside the successful test-only extended-budget run; no product-default or cross-revision speedup claim.
Fixes#2259
Static .app decoding failed under auto selection when multiple deep engines were installed. Compose the existing artifact provider without native candidates and reuse the shared one-shot target, Evidence and cleanup lifecycle. Preserve the selected provider environment.
Validation: real NIB filesystem and built CLI cases, artifact direct workflow and direct-analysis lifecycle tests pass (57 tests with MCP controls).

Give atomic Evidence and snapshot writes an explicit resource owner, preserve primary failures and completed publication receipts, and retry retained staging cleanup at the owning lifecycle. Verify inode identity before publishing or deleting; unknown path disappearance remains a cleanup failure. Keep snapshot admission reusable when a session closes and reopens.
Consolidate JavaScript source-scope classification so cancellation cannot fabricate failures for unselected files. Classify configuration failures as invalid input. Remove stale assertions and reuse shared test cleanup ownership.
Validation: 266 focused tests before final ownership tightening, 108 affected tests afterward, static and documentation checks, actual invalid-configuration CLI behavior, and isolated test temporary-directory hygiene.

Rebind display paths only for matching artifact identities in primitive and composed replay. Preserve semantic Evidence IDs, payloads, and historical snapshot provenance. Classify snapshot filesystem workflows as boundary tests.
Validation: cache, direct workflow, MCP replay, and Evidence tests; combined checks and temporary-directory hygiene. Provider interactions are simulated for replay verification.
