Bind pending SDK resources to exact cleanup leases, coalesce disposal, and retry only unresolved children. Shared startup callers retain final cleanup while independent peers can cancel their waits.

Pass the caller operation into the shared client-information producer and consume its parsed facts during inspection. Remove duplicate metadata parsing and the forwarding wrapper.
