Ysopwnable ea92328775 fix(mcp): validate doctor probe against its discovered output contract (#1461)
Validate the target-free probe against the named definition discovered from the complete production catalog. Preserve initialized server and inventory observations when the SDK rejects the probe, and retain the schema failure reason, absolute deadline and owned-child cleanup.

The negative stdio replay regression fails on original main and passes the fix; actual production-boundary fault injection confirms rejection. Nine doctor/help tests, serial full static checks and real small-target CLI/MCP parity pass. Successful doctor reports remain byte-identical. No performance or model-token reduction is claimed.

Closes #1454. Refs #1065, #723, #1433.

Kaoru0822andClaude Opus 5.5 7623e21ff0 perf(native): record pwntools diagnostics once in their Evidence (#1404)
inspect_binary_layout and inspect_recorded_crash passed the decoded report
as both result and rawResult, so every Evidence record carried the whole
report twice (and an MCP response four times, counting its text copy).
The decoded report is the only representation, so raw_result is now null,
as for other single-representation operations.

The real pwntools verifiers asserted the duplicate; they now assert null.

Kaoru0822andClaude Opus 5.5 6875d4a64c fix(cli): accept JSON files for web capture and screenshot comparisons (#1397)
compare-web-captures and compare-web-screenshots parsed their arguments as
inline JSON only, unlike every other JSON-input command. Screenshot
artifacts and scenario captures embed base64 PNG bytes, so a typical
viewport screenshot exceeds the command-line length limit (128 KiB per
argument on Linux, 1 MiB total on macOS) and could not be compared from
the CLI at all, while MCP accepts it. A file path was reported as
malformed JSON, and screenshot schema failures returned no issues.

Each argument now accepts inline JSON or a JSON file path through
parseCliJsonInput; file failures keep its path diagnostics, malformed
inline JSON keeps the field issue, and screenshot validation reports
projected schema issues. The tests share one CLI JSON process fixture.

morluto 4951a897c5 fix(browser)!: preserve payload shapes and WebMCP declarations
Retain primitive and nested array types with typed paths, and compare only mutually observed body shapes while preserving selected coverage uncertainty. Return full untrusted WebMCP input declarations with canonical digests, without resolving references or invoking tools.

BREAKING CHANGE: JSON shape paths now contain typed property and array-element segments. WebMCP input_schema_shape is replaced by input_schema and input_schema_sha256, retaining declared examples and defaults.

morluto 392f1f3107 refactor: consolidate boundary semantics and prune redundant tests
Share parser modes and collision-free composite keys, enforce architecture guards, and consolidate redundant unit assertions into filesystem, CLI, MCP, and producer-backed workflows. Preserve concurrent upstream boundary fixes and exclude legacy Objective-C class-name bookkeeping labels.

Validation: source/composition suites (3358 passing), focused canonical digest and MCP checks, typecheck/lint, Knip, formatting, architecture guards, and real Foundation archive and Apple legacy simulator CLI/MCP verification. No real Hopper, Ghidra, or IDA verification claim.

Reject omitted segment bounds, procedure classification and body facts, unresolved-call observations, dossier facets, and Ghidra parameter flow metadata. Providers emit explicit nulls for unsupported facets. Verify those unknowns in the real Hopper workflow.

BREAKING CHANGE: Provider analysis outputs must explicitly supply metadata previously repaired with defaults; unsupported nullable facets must be reported as null.

Kaoru0822andClaude Opus 5.5 5d16be2a71 test: share the client registration command to restore the jscpd gate (#1317)
After #1301 merged, main's duplicated-line share rose to 2.503%, over
jscpd's 2.5% threshold, so Static checks fail on every PR. The new OMP
test repeated the dialect test's imports and npx registration command.
Export that command from the shared client test fixture instead.

Kaoru0822andClaude Opus 5.5 8b4c359135 feat(setup): register OMP during setup (#1301)
* feat(setup): register OMP during setup

Add OMP (oh-my-pi) as a setup, doctor and uninstall client. Setup writes
a type: stdio entry to the user-level agent mcp.json that OMP reads,
following PI_CONFIG_DIR, an absolute PI_CODING_AGENT_DIR and the
OMP_PROFILE/PI_PROFILE named profile. It removes rea from OMP's
disabledServers denylist, which would otherwise hide the registration,
and doctor reports a listed registration as stale.

Closes #1257

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(setup): honor OMP's enabledServers allowlist in doctor

OMP's user enabledServers allowlist forces an entry with enabled: false
on, unless disabledServers also lists it. Doctor reported such a working
registration as stale. Also format the FAQ client list.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix(setup): keep OMP's allowlisted entry in update maintenance

rea update skipped an owned OMP entry with enabled: false even when
OMP's enabledServers allowlist runs it. Apply the same forced-enable rule
as doctor. Share the client-location environment reset across the client
tests instead of repeating it in each file.

morluto 63bf91405c refactor!: enforce canonical evidence and provider boundaries
Deliver complete Evidence directly through MCP with required nullable analysis profiles and immutable per-server delivery settings. Bind selected environments at construction and require typed cleanup outcomes with retained retry ownership.

Remove test-only routing, duplicate session and snapshot metadata, producer-field repairs, and ambiguous provider arguments. Separate artifact byte identity from occurrence classification and retain typed source-map and partial native facts across CLI, MCP, and verifier consumers.

BREAKING CHANGE: obsolete Evidence envelopes, session aliases, incomplete snapshots, and missing normalized producer facts are no longer accepted.

keemsisi 9426c3f1bb perf(hopper): resolve string search records once per query (#1229)
* perf(hopper): resolve string search records once per query

search_strings called _string_inventory(document) once per match, and each
call sorts every string address and rebuilds the record dict, so a query cost
O(matches x strings log strings). Resolve the inventory once per search.
Warm search, 50% matches, fake document, best of 7: 1000 strings 186 -> 0.5 ms,
4000 strings 3161 -> 2.1 ms, 8000 strings 13121 -> 4.9 ms; output byte-identical.

* perf(hopper): skip record resolution for empty string searches

Resolving the full string inventory for a query with no matches added a sort
of every string address that the previous code never performed. Return early
when nothing matches. Zero-match search on a warm document, best of 7:
64000 strings 35.9 ms before this change, 4.0 ms after (main: 3.9 ms).

Sravan AvvaruandN0zoM1z0 911152a04d fix(cli): complete cleanup after relayed interrupts (#1202)
* fix: Handle relayed SIGINT gracefully in withProcessCancellation

Changes `process.once` to `process.on` for SIGINT in `DirectAnalysis.ts`.
When REA is launched via npx, a single process-group SIGINT triggers two
SIGINT events (one direct, one relayed). Previously, the first event would
consume the handler and the second would abruptly terminate the Node process,
abandoning Ghidra resource cleanup.

This change ensures subsequent SIGINTs idempotently request cancellation
without crashing the process, matching the behaviour of `withCommandCancellation`.

* fix(cli): keep termination guards through provider cleanup

* test(cli): exercise repeated analysis signals on macOS

Integrate the numeric precision correction from #1135 with complete supplemental
metadata handling. Keep decoded numbers with an explicit limitation for mixed XML
content or unclassified integer text, rather than assigning another literal's
exact decimal. Project nonnumeric UID and CF$UID dictionary values recursively
while preserving numeric references, graph identity and original byte digests.

Add filesystem, built CLI and MCP regressions for the review findings, adjacent
XML representations and numeric reference controls. Retain the original native
Foundation qualification fixtures and verifier.

Verification: 84 focused tests; npm run check; npm run docs:check;
npm run verify:test-discovery; npm run verify:keyed-archive (real Foundation,
CLI and stdio MCP). No real Hopper or Ghidra verification was needed or run.
