Serve retained capture Evidence as a bounded MCP replay environment with discovery. Preserve default stdio, caller-selected facts and complete source Evidence. Fix numeric fidelity, argument identity, startup cancellation and bounded discovery, query/path matching and output metadata. Verify real recorded API data and public CLI/MCP workflows; preserve explicit gaps for Windows and third-party hosts. - Record the serve contract, requirements and deferred increments.
- Load and cross-check the manifest and capture Evidence with typed refusals.
- Map manifest tools to MCP input schemas and the environment card.
- Select and shape replayed records with exact-match, truncation and provenance.
- Assemble the MCP server, card and data-plane routes on the shared listener.
- Register the flat CLI command with host, port and environment-name resolution.
- Add services, adapters, mcp-boundary, cli-boundary and process-boundary coverage.
- Document the command and the agent environment page; record the spec.
- Run static, formatting, duplication, documentation and test gates and the built-CLI exchange with the Python MCP client.
