Text bodies over the scan's 4 MiB limit, including a response decoded only as a prefix, are reported as a
credential-scan-incomplete warning by record and side, never by content, so an absent credential-named-members
warning no longer reads as a complete check. The spec and agent-environments guide also state the path validation and
dry-run tarball read that e52ae1cd added.
