Edgar ArakelyanandClaude Opus 5.5 05ff5ce06a fix(environment): refuse capture Evidence that is not a HAR ...

The environment-manifest view projects HAR captures only, and replay
reads HAR's response fields, but the loader accepted any web network
capture format. A hand-paired SAZ, mitmproxy or qlog capture would load
and replay empty bodies; it is now refused as invalid input naming the
format, before the pair is checked.
