A browser scenario's retained header values and the query parameters of its recorded URLs are scanned for credential
names as a HAR's are, through a review projection of its records. A dry run admits and releases the package tarball
through the export's regular-file scope, so a close it cannot confirm keeps its owner, and checks for cancellation
after that last await. Evidence is written into one exactly sized buffer instead of chunks joined by a copy.
