ShikamaruNaaraaandgensokyo-dev 28a33cae8f fix(runtime)!: require patched Node.js security releases (#6315)
Require Node.js ^22.23.4 || ^24.22.1 || >=26.12.1 across package engines, setup/doctor and the standalone installer. Validate patch boundaries and maintain runtime-independent listener identity, heap-option and HTTP schema-binding tests.

Closes #6283
Refs #6480

BREAKING CHANGE: Node versions below 22.23.4, 24.22.1 and 26.12.1 are no longer supported. Upgrade Node before installing or updating REA; the installer does not upgrade Node.
