morluto d13a036e34 fix(reconstruction): retain scoped unknowns in overall claims ...

Select active constituent-dimension unknowns for an overall comparison claim while preserving comparison identity and exact scope for individual claims. Use the same selected facts for classification, citations, limitations and recommended probes; remove redundant aliases.

Cover stdio MCP registration, aggregate and independent claims, resolved latest revisions, source provenance and foreign comparison scopes.
