Project the immutable shared installation failure through the existing authored-failure normalizer for each requesting operation. Preserve direct health identity, diagnostics, retryability and live cleanup dependencies.

Validation: ten baseline/candidate public CLI cases each; nineteen focused boundary checks plus four overlapping final cleanup controls, check:fast and docs:check passed. Concurrent callers share one acquisition failure without mutating its producer. No real Kuna, Windows, MCP-specific failure replay or performance measurement. Refs #4631.
