Matt Van Hornandmorluto 117d3f9036 feat(erlang): inspect BEAM IFF chunks and tables ...

Add inspect_erlang_beam for FOR1/BEAM containers, including atom,
export, import, and lambda tables plus the Code chunk header. The
workflow reads a stable file without executing bytecode or requiring
an Erlang installation.
