Vinícius Andrade 6ba69cdcc1 docs(cli): document standard input for JSON request arguments (#7139) ...

An argument that accepts inline JSON or a JSON file path also reads the
request from standard input when it is "-". The behavior shipped without
documentation. Describe it next to the request-file example, with its
UTF-8, byte-order mark and 8 MiB limits.
