morluto 5bb01ca9a3 fix(gdb): wait for the outer console command to finish ...

After a running result, queue a tokenized read-only MI query to establish that GDB has returned to its command loop. Keep collecting through intermediate inferior stops and retain the query reply as protocol Evidence.
