Machen John ca7d1c3750 fix(ghidra): match startup-timeout guidance to the project mode (#8114) ...

In fresh-import mode, the startup-timeout remediation now points to
REA_GHIDRA_PROJECT_PATH for reusing a completed analysis, next to the
existing REA_GHIDRA_STARTUP_TIMEOUT_MS and REA_GHIDRA_DISABLED_ANALYZERS
advice.

In existing-project mode, the message no longer says Ghidra was
importing and analyzing the target, and the remediation no longer
suggests REA_GHIDRA_DISABLED_ANALYZERS, which configuration validation
rejects together with REA_GHIDRA_PROJECT_PATH.
