[FIXED JENKINS-8579] defined a mechanism to replace some of the key UI text.
...
I wasn't initially planning to do this, but it turns out more people needed this feature than I thought.
I left the text as is, but defined a mechanism to override this in the plugin, in a possibly context sensitive way. For example, a plugin can replace this text on a job-by-job basis, or by looking at some property/builder/etc.

[FIXED JENKINS-7442] Fix expansion of EnvVars in ant properties.
...
Ant build step had quite a mix: buildFile and antOpts expanded against
env, properties against buildVariables, and targets against both.
Now merging buildVariables into env and applying to all.

[FIXED JENKINS-7809] expose child process stdout as InputStream.
...
I added a mode where one can launch a child process without the built-in pumping support, making it trivial to read until EOF in the distributed environments.
This concludes the fix.

hudson.UDPBroadcastThread#testMulticast hangs when the network isn't enabled on my Linux box: joinGroup throws IOException and the ready lock isn't released.
This ready lock is only used in the tests.

JENKINS-8698 HudsonTestCase sometimes fails with NPE in tearDown() while trying to free htmlunit resources

Not really sure what is happening, but I don't think the build should fail here.
So let's try to be more resiliant (try twice loading the page) and don't fail if the exception occurs again.

Honor $JENKINS_HOME (just like we used to do $HUDSON_HOME)
We still fall back to $HUDSON_HOME every step of the way
for maximum backward compatibility.
I wasn't initially planning to do this for the first version,
but working on native packages made me think we should deliver this.
