Kohsuke Kawaguchi 1a8a00a82c If CLI main thread fails, kill the JVM no matter what. 
This prevents a long running CLI process (such as CloudBees OPE
proccesses) to hang forever when the main thread fails.

Whereas if the process terminates cleanly, the wrapper (such as systemd)
can take corrective actions.

Kohsuke Kawaguchi 5055776cd8 Set proper socket parameters suitable for CLI communication 
Keep-alive option ensures that the connection won't hang forever. NoDelay option improves performance as the communication over the socket is already datagram oriented.

Kohsuke Kawaguchi c498c0f6a7 Needs to use SocketChannelStream to avoid deadlock. 
streams created from SocketChannel doesn't allow concurrent read/write
by different threads, which appear to be a bug in NIO.

Marco Miller 8067edd97d Throw IOException if negative int from port-based cli connection stream. 
-Instead of failing at initializing array with negative size.
Introducing PowerMock test for the zero-size array case.
Negative-size case not tested thx to unhelping PowerMock behavior.
Using ConnectionMockTest instead of ConnectionTest; needed by PowerMock.
