fix(website): correct Turkish translation errors (#7015)

* fix(website): correct Turkish translation errors

Correct misleading technical senses in the Turkish catalogue: port,
caller, assembly, instruction, checks, script and oracle, plus
capitalized suffixes, hâlâ, and Turkish number formatting.

Leaves msgid, msgctxt, #: references, obsolete entries and placeholders
untouched across 308 msgstr values.

* fix(website): preserve Turkish words and quotation context
