test(environment): pin the replay card with quoted summary names; record the review round

The coverage branch writes captured field names in response summaries as
JSON strings, which changes the replay card's tool descriptions. The pin
moves to the 12,818-byte card; removing the quotes reproduces the old
12,618-byte digest exactly, so nothing else in the card changed.
