Parse optional CDP worker relationships once for browser and Electron collectors. Keep absent ownership unavailable, malformed relationships invalid, and proven foreign targets outside the selected scope; retain existing origin and file authorization.
Add public CLI protocol fixtures and documentation for coverage and withheld details.
Fixes#6475
* feat(artifacts): make ASAR header admission configurable
ASAR header/index admission was a fixed 16 MiB with no override, so
operators with large Electron indexes could only extract the archive.
REA_ASAR_MAX_HEADER_BYTES now sets it (default 16777216, maximum
268435456). One owner resolves the effective admission for the
classification probe, inventory, ASAR reader and Electron file scope,
including the Electron header cache budget. Startup and doctor validate
the setting; admission refuses an invalid value instead of falling back.
Recovery and error details name the effective value and its source.

* fix(artifacts): resolve ASAR header admission from the caller's environment
The admission read process.env, so composition roots that select their own
environment (createDirectAnalysis, createServer, CLI, optional observation
factories) could not raise or lower it, and an ambient value leaked into
callers that left it unset.
Nothing reads process.env now. ArtifactProvider and extraction resolve the
admission from their environment; JavaScript analysis parses it from the
environment its server or CLI caller passes and refuses an invalid value;
the Electron and V8 providers receive it from their factories. Inventory,
nested ASAR readers, classification probes and Electron page authorization
carry that one value. A header cached by Electron under a larger admission
is refused for a smaller one.

Keep the 16 MiB ASAR header/index ceiling fixed and report that budget,
the lack of a runtime override, and that source selection does not bypass
header admission.

An Electron scenario stopped at the first failed or cancelled action and
returned no record for the remaining declared actions, so
normalized_result.actions could not account for the whole scenario.
Record every remaining action as cancelled with a not-executed error, the
representation browser scenarios already use. Both runners now share one
helper for that error, which also distinguishes a stop caused by request
cancellation from one caused by an action failure.

Run inert captured-script analysis in owned children with per-script and aggregate deadlines, bounded source/result transfer and explicit per-script coverage. Preserve completed facts and exact cleanup authority across cancellation, mixed descriptor/process failures and cross-consumer retry.
Share aggregate source admission across page and Electron capture, expose CLI/MCP resource controls and retain selected parameters in Evidence. Verified with controlled CDP public workflows, real owned Node failure controls and the reporter-matching ReactDOM UMD artifact; real Chrome/Electron and Windows/Bun remain unqualified.
Keep canonical callback ownership independent of writable raw-listener
metadata. Resolve the native removal argument in current registration order,
then let EventEmitter own mutation, getter timing and removal meta-events.
Leave registrations unwrapped with explicit observation gaps when methods
or receivers do not support that ownership model. Preserve per-callback
Evidence for supported registrations and document the remaining limits.

Own decoded node columns, attributes and parent validity once for web, Electron and SVG interpretation. Reject dangling, self and cyclic parent facts; preserve source positions and independently unknown fields. Remove fallback conversions and duplicated string/attribute interpretation.
Validation: baseline public CLI controls failed for four malformed cases with valid control passing; final 103 focused checks, 5 final built CLI controls, 1 late-detach cancellation control (20 skipped), check:fast and docs:check passed. Fake CDP producers and generated local files; no real browser/Electron or Windows qualification.

Use one typed CDP resource-size owner in web and Electron capture. Supplied invalid sizes retain null plus completeness diagnostics; omitted sizes remain unknown without inventing malformed metadata. Preserve other resource facts and valid zero/positive values.
Validation: public CLI regression failed against baseline clamping; 36 focused controls passed after the fix, check:fast and docs:check passed. Fake CDP producer with real CLI/transport and tiny local files; no real Electron/browser or heavy profiling qualification.

Block showItemInFolder and writeShortcutLink using the shared active shell boundary, preserving undefined/false synchronous refusal contracts and shape-only timeline evidence.
Retain Nitin13-git implementation and add base-red/shared-contract coverage plus a reproducible unchanged Joplin welcome-attachment reveal. Local87cases, static and docs pass. The explicit test argv shim verifies the operation phase; standard startup and provider cleanup remain unsuccessful and are recorded without a full-workflow performance claim.

Fixes#4388. Refs #4027.
Observe cancellation during first-window waits and state reads; preserve cancellation and caller reasons before cleanup and retain partial observations when cleanup fails. Keep late cancellation and cleanup failure precedence.
Validation: 49 focused cases, static/docs checks, six controlled verifier-oracle cases and 39 current-head CI checks passed. Codex and Greptile found no remaining blocking issues. Real Joplin cancellation phases verified; complete Linux cleanup/first-signal CLI exit and packaged-runtime startup remain explicitly unverified/failed. Both verifiers now fail incomplete cleanup, including after main-process exit.

* fix(electron): resolve pages served from inside app.asar
Packaged Electron applications load their renderer pages from file URLs
inside app.asar. The host filesystem cannot stat those paths, so
list_electron_targets excluded every such page as unsupported_url and
inspect_electron_page could not select it.
Resolve these URLs the way Electron's file protocol does: the first .asar
path component that is a regular file is the archive, and the remainder
must name a regular file in its header. Directories, links, and missing
members stay rejected. Parsed headers are cached by archive identity.
* fix(artifacts): extract and explain rewritten ASAR unpacked companions
Packaging tools commonly sign or strip .asar.unpacked native binaries after
writing the archive header, so their declared hashes no longer match.
analyze_javascript_application already accepts integrity_policy, but
extract_artifact did not, and inspect_artifact and extract_artifact still
told callers to "get a fresh copy", which cannot help for a shipped app.
- Accept integrity_policy on extract_artifact (MCP and CLI). The default
still fails closed; record-and-continue writes the observed bytes and
returns the extracted files' integrity_contradictions records.
- Name the unpacked entry and the post-packaging cause in integrity
failures, and point every operation that accepts integrity_policy at
record-and-continue.
- Report an active unpacked entry whose companion file is absent as
unavailable with its logical path instead of a format failure.
- Share one integrity_policy schema across the inventory, extraction, and
JavaScript application inputs.
* fix(electron): bound ASAR headers before allocation
