Set the repository jscpd ceiling to the requested 4%. Preserve the scan
inventory, token/line minima, ignore rules and report failure propagation.
Validation: npm run jscpd passed at 3.59% duplication; scoped format check passed.
Use a valid canonical embedded map in the decoder row-budget regression.
The old empty map fails version admission before it can reach the row limit.
Retain that malformed-map case separately and assert typed constraint metadata
for format, external-section and capacity failures from the real codec process.
Validation: source-map source suites and all sixteen physical decoder boundary
tests passed. Static, documentation and test-discovery checks passed.
Give raw and header-selected imports one owner for their twelve identical
semantic revision declarations. Preserve property order, parameter values,
omissions and all provider/language/processor override precedence.
Validation: Ghidra behavior and MIPS/RISC-V/PowerPC profile suites passed.
Seventy direct before/after cases retained identical Results, serialization,
parameter order and digests. No real Ghidra process verification was performed.
Pass hierarchy or connection identity from the producing call rather than
searching graph IDs containing caller-selected paths and authored IDs. Keep
connection omissions from making a retained hierarchy appear partial.
Replace mirrored ID-substring test oracles with exact endpoint relationships.
Cover marker-bearing paths and authored identities through domain, CLI/MCP,
summary and byte-retention boundaries.
Validation: affected source and compiled/public tests passed, including native
Foundation/ibtool fixture lanes; one Linux-only invalid-byte filename case
skipped on macOS. Static, docs and discovery checks passed.
Share incremental replacement UTF-8 decoding across web and JavaScript workers, bound content before complete-line allocation and handle split CRLF consistently. Keep named schemas, request versus checkpoint failures, worker reuse and stream cleanup authority in their servers. Cover real server recovery and deterministic byte boundaries.
Preserve load and resolve operations through semantic facts, worker transfer and graph Evidence. Only loads propagate executable ownership. Project ambient member writes and escapes through the shared path- and site-aware mutation owner; retain source literals, bases and uncertainty. Cover ownership and mutation boundaries through CLI and MCP.
Use completed codec input to establish legacy CCOB extents, preserving declaration/integrity failures independently. Reuse bounded input windows, charge actual reads and decoding attempts, and qualify recovery after incomplete decoding. Publish only established or qualified terminal extents so interruption retains completed declarations. Recognize bitcode representation in HIP bundles while leaving inner facts unsupported.

Select legacy Atom when AtU8 is empty and skip zero-byte optional FunT. Preserve explicitly empty counted arrays, malformed nonempty failures, last-occurrence selection and original chunk provenance. Share structural fixtures across producer and public workflow regressions.

Refuse compressed note sections with typed unsupported-target semantics before framing or decoding, preserving stored-range checks and physical descriptor-offset provenance. Flutter retains independent build IDs with partial coverage when compressed notes are skipped. Verify the existing shared alignment fix with prefixed notes across classes and table kinds.

Charge the whole-catalog admission guard by escaped decoded names, preserving raw-byte lookup identity and final worker reply limits. Keep UTF-16 inventory and detailed-schema results whose returned facts fit the documented allowance.

* feat(cli): add JSON Lines output for row-oriented results (#5487)
- Support opt-in JSON Lines format (--format jsonl) for row-oriented results and collection views with clear record boundaries
- Preserve stable source identities and stream records deterministically line-by-line
- Emit final coverage and limitation metadata as a distinct line with https://rea.dev/schemas/jsonl-coverage-v1.json to prevent confusion with data rows
- Distinguish error outputs with https://rea.dev/schemas/jsonl-error-v1.json
- Reject non-row-oriented results that lack record boundaries with an unreadable_output error
- Document JSON Lines streaming conventions in docs/cli.md
- Add boundary tests covering empty results, multiline strings, partial coverage, large fields, and non-row rejection
* fix(cli): preserve diagnostics, provenance, and nested collections in JSONL
* fix(cli): frame classified failures and reject unrepresented JSONL facets

Share endpoint identity and repeated-name ambiguity across call and reference dimensions. Compare same-artifact procedure entries by canonical coordinates while retaining raw reference sites and source Evidence. Keep observed comparison status separate from reconstruction proof.
Fixes#6853
Separate common row constraints from established storage sizes. Preserve Q8_1 and K-layout uncertainty, plus numeric IDs and ambiguous textual identities for historically shifted IDs16–25. Keep zero-byte facts and identity limitations independently, and propagate producer facts through totals, cancellation and retained views. Pin released source evidence and document the compatibility cost.
Fixes#6848
Use original object-table UIDs for inventory, hierarchy and connector references. Retain authored identity fields as data, refuse forged reference aliases and select UIKit top-level collections without substituting unrelated roots.
BREAKING CHANGE: Keyed archives that previously used authored objectID or object-id graph identities now use decimal table UIDs. Authored values remain attributes; ibtool and native NIBArchive identities retain their existing source semantics.

Retain producer traversal uncertainty through inventory, extraction, Interface Builder decoding and executable-root discovery. Keep known copied files and decoded facts with honest coverage; share omission normalization and bound omitted archive paths with their source reasons.

Reuse the shared one-shot finalizer for discovery and instrumentation, preserve finalization cancellation with completed observations, and bind Frida cleanup errors to exact owners so confirmed retry recovers the primary error.
BREAKING CHANGE: instrument-with-frida JSON now returns the canonical Evidence record directly. Read normalized_result.cleanup_error instead of the earlier top-level cleanup_error wrapper field.
Parse a named proof contract once and qualify exact obligation, owner, revision, fixture/case, and verifier/claim tuples. Preserve unavailable proof separately from applicable failed outcomes.
BREAKING CHANGE: ID-array reconstruction proof records no longer qualify for verified or ready ledgers. Producers must supply implementation and revision bindings with individual claim outcomes; ledger diagnostics now distinguish inapplicable, unavailable, and failed proof.
Replace ambiguous display-label sorting with exact relation assertions keyed by metadata tokens. Distinguish same-name methods and verify directed ownership, edge counts, properties and Evidence without depending on graph order.
