Cursor Agentandmorluto 9c2b85ff0c fix(erlang): apply the shared path policy to public BEAM input ...

The advertised inspect_erlang_beam schema accepted any nonempty path and
rejected relative paths only after parsing. It now uses the shared absolute
local-path schema, and the CLI path uses the shared NUL-free local path
before resolution.
